Echo Lake camp plan would expand services, raise fees

(Feb. 11, 2014) -- Berkeley's City Council is set Tuesday to expand offerings at one of the city's summer camps, at Echo Lake near Lake Tahoe, to accommodate campers displaced by the destruction of Berkeley Tuolumne Camp in the August 2013 Rim Fire.
