House opens all federal land to recreation

(Feb. 10, 2014) -- Voting 268 for and 154 against, the House passed a bipartisan bill (HR 3590) to open all National Forest Service, Bureau of Land Management and U.S. Fish and Wildlife Service land to public recreation.
