Linn County offers to buy bankrupt resort, marina February 6, 2014 by Rebecca Smith (Feb. 6, 2014) -- Linn County has offered to buy Edgewater RV Resort and Marina on Foster Reservoir for $775,000. The 49-space RV park and 48-slip marina opened in 2010 and is in bankruptcy.
