Volunteer wardens capture lost fees in New Zealand

(Jan. 22, 2014) The DOC decided to offer a week's free stay at its popular Whitehorse Hill site in New Zealand to campers who could check up on visitors from 4pm until 9pm each day when the DOC wardens were not on duty.
