Liberty Lake police arrest pair in RV break-ins

(Dec. 30, 2013) -- Liberty Lake police are hoping a recent string of thefts of batteries and televisions from parked RVs will come to an end after two arrests Sunday. One man was caught as a lookout which led police to find the second.
