Marshall board approves comprehensive outdoor recreation plan

(Dec. 20, 2013) -- A board of four members approved the finalized comprehensive outdoor recreation plan by SAA Design Groups Inc. including an overall survey of the existing parks and open spaces with recommendations for future improvements.
