Texas neighborhood divided over idled RV

(Oct. 30, 2013) -- A historic neighborhood in Houston is split over an RV parked in a vacant lot at Cleveland and Valentine, writes KHOU. Several neighbors have been complaining to the city, convinced that someone has been illegally living inside the vehicle.
