Navistar helps turn former Ohio plant site into business park

(Oct. 28, 2013) -- Springfield city and economic development leaders say the roughly 30-acre Champion City Business Park, developed on the former Navistar Lagonda plant site, will provide the city with an additional tool to attract new companies to the area, reports the Springfield News Sun.
