Impounded camper stolen from lot in Kennewick, Wash.

(Oct. 11, 2013) -- Police believe someone used a vehicle to ram through a gated lot in Kennewick sometime Tuesday night or early Wednesday morning to steal an impounded camper, writes the Mid Columbia Tri City Herald.
