S.D.’s Wind Cave requests campground, tour fee increases

(Sept. 10, 2013) -- Wind Cave National Park recently requested approval from the Washington office of the National Park Service to increase cave tour fees and fees at the Elk Mountain Campground, reports the Rapid City Journal.
