Conn. DEEP reopening most areas of Pachaug State Forest

(Sept. 10, 2013) -- Connecticut’s Department of Energy and Environmental Protection (DEEP) is reopening the areas of Pachaug State Forest that were closed on Aug. 27 due to the presence of Eastern Equine Encephalitis (EEE) in human-biting mosquitoes.
