La. parish approves new regulations for RV parks

(Aug. 26, 2013) -- On Wednesday, the St. James Parish Council approved an ordinance amendment regulating development of new RV parks and campgrounds, reports the Kansas City Star. It adds an application procedure and specifies the areas where they can be built.
