Persistent Tenn. property owner seeks campground approval

(Aug. 23, 2013) -- TriCities.com reports that property owner Marty Judd is pushing a proposed campground in Sullivan County forward for the third time, and was given a positive recommendation Tuesday from the county’s planning commission.
