Two Fla. parks at odds over floodwaters

(Aug. 21, 2013) -- To alleviate flooding, the Hitching Post mobile home park in Naples pumps water into nearby drainage ditches. But the ditches flow alongside the Marco Naples Carefree RV Resort, which overflow and flood that park, reports Wink News.
