TriMas announces sale of 1,000,000 shares of common stock

(July 31, 2013) -- TriMas Corporation announced today that Heartland Industrial Associates, L.L.C. has agreed to sell 1,000,000 shares of TriMas Corporation's common stock to Deutsche Bank Securities as the sole underwriter in the registered public offering of those shares.
