SMART Payment Plan celebrates 10 years with RV tour

(July 24, 2013) -- Financial technology company SMART Payment Plan is celebrating its 10th anniversary of helping consumers reduce their debt faster by launching its Debt Reduction Tour across the country in August, the company has announced.
