Idaho club can keep RV park, says city council

(July 23, 2013) -- On Monday night, the Lewiston City Council unanimously upheld a May Planning and Zoning Commission decision to allow the Elks Lodge to create a recreational vehicle "rest area" for traveling members, reports the Lewiston Morning Tribune.
