Scottish campers told not to burn toilet paper

(July 15, 2013) -- Campers 'going' outdoors are often told to burn toilet paper after using it because it takes a long time to break down and can blow about in the wind, reports BBC News. But the Mountaineering Council of Scotland (MCofS) said the practice has increased the risk of wildfires in the recent warm weather.
