Navistar announces amendments to settlement agreements

(July 15, 2013) -- Navistar International Corporation today announced amendments to settlement agreements the company has in place with each of Icahn Partners and MHR Fund Management LLC, as well as changes to the company's Stockholder Rights Plan.
