B.C.’s Cheanuh campground to close, residents to vacate

(July 15, 2013) -- The Cheanuh First Nation has voted to modify their Beecher Bay Land Code Amendment to allow for development. The first step in moving towards this future development is to close the campground in Sooke effective Aug. 11, 2013, reports the Sooke News Mirror.
