Calif. fire 85 percent contained

(July 12, 2013) -- The Los Angeles Times reports that the brush fire in northeast San Diego that burned 7,055 acres and destroyed 120 structures is 85 percent contained and all evacuation orders have been lifted, Cal-Fire said Thursday.
