N.D. flood victims still living in trailers and RVs

(July 10, 2013) -- Minot residents continue to recover from the 2011 Mouse River Flood, and many are moving back into their once flooded homes. But KUMV reports that the city has been getting multiple complaints regarding the amount of people still living in trailers and RVs.
