NBC: Driver arrested after RV crash “chaos”

(July 3, 2013) -- A recreational vehicle driver, traveling at about 60 to 70 mph through the Van Nuys neighborhood of Los Angeles, crashed into vehicles, a fence and the corner of an apartment complex on Tuesday night, reports NBC Southern California.
