Navistar appoints Walter Borst as CFO

(June 27, 2013) -- Walter G. Borst will join the company as executive vice president and chief financial officer (CFO). He comes to Navistar from General Motors Company, where he most recently was the chairman, chief executive officer and president of GM Asset Management.
