Iowa campground could remain closed through July 4th

(May 30, 2013) -- Campers at Dubuque's Miller Riverview Park might be out of luck again come July 4th, writes KCRG. Last week's flooding forced the city to refund dozens of Memorial Day campers, and the park is still under water and covered in mud.
