Forest Service in Idaho backs away from concessionaire plan

(April 29, 2013) -- Responding to strong public opinion against the idea, the Nez Perce-Clearwater National Forest in Idaho is leaning away from a proposal to farm out campground management along the Lochsa River to concessionaires, reports The Lewiston Tribune Online.
