State may help reopen campground at Wind Cave

(April 26, 2013) -- It's National Park Week, which means visitors to S.D.'s Wind Cave National Park can tour the cave for free. But if those visitors wanted to camp at the park, they're out of luck, writes KELOLAND TV.
