Corps looks to hand over campgrounds in N.D.

(April 25, 2013) -- The Bismarck Tribune reports the U.S. Army Corps of Engineers will trim back maintenance at North Dakota campgrounds because of budget cuts this year, and as cuts go deeper, the corps will ask if North Dakota Parks and Recreation Department will take the campgrounds over.
