Chequamegon-Nicolet National Forest delays opening in Wis.

(April 24, 2013) -- In Wisconsin, much of the 1.5 million acres of the Chequamegon-Nicolet National Forest has experienced more snow fall than normal. It is anticipated that the opening of the forest’s 53 developed campgrounds will be delayed due to these conditions.
