Iowa Boy Scout heads up construction at county campground

(April 19, 2013) -- New construction is taking place at Chatfield Park Campground in rural Keokuk. What at first glance might appear to be a fancy outhouse with a front porch will actually be a camper registration booth, reports the Keokuk Gate City Daily.
