NPCA: Obama’s budget fails to undo declining park budgets

(April 15, 2013) -- A National Parks Conservation Association statement says NPCA does not see anything in the President's proposed 2014 budget that shows that the President and Congress are working to make sure America’s national parks are open and well-staffed.
