Conn. city considers expanding camping for bluegrass festival

(April 15, 2013) -- Norwich city leaders are considering opening up Mohegan Park for camping to accommodate crowds during this summer’s Podunk Bluegrass Music Festival, reports the Norwich Bulletin. But first, they want to hear from voters.
