FEMA trailer case falls apart for La. victims

(April 12, 2013) -- Courthouse News Service reports that Louisiana hurricane victims who were housed in dangerous, formaldehyde-tainted trailers cannot sue the government for negligence, the 5th Circuit has ruled.
