Calif. state parks to host Earth Day restoration projects

(March 21, 2013) -- Volunteers are needed April 13 at Picacho State Recreation Area for park improvement projects, including refurbishing three campsites and installing new wooden shade armadas, concrete picnic tables, fire rings and parking bumpers, says the Imperial Valley Press.
