New location announced for Ky. newgrass festival

(March 19, 2013) -- International Newgrass Festival director Kenny Lee has announced that the 2013 event will take place in both the Bowling Green KOA and in Basil Griffin Park Aug. 21-24, reports the Bowling Green Daily News.
