ELS declares Q1 dividends, increases board by 2

(March 15, 2013) -- The Board of Directors of Equity LifeStyle Properties declared a dividend of $0.50 per common share, representing, on an annualized basis, a dividend of $2 per common share. In addition, ELS named two new members to its board.
