Calif. city delays vote on overnight camping ban

(March 15, 2013) -- Last week, the Canyon Lake City Council opted to hand an ordinance banning overnight camping and parking in a vehicle on private property over to the city public safety committee for further input and tweaking, writes U-T San Diego.
