Texas RV park residents make hats for cancer patients

(Feb. 18, 2013) -- The Monitor writes that 79-year-old Helen Hobbs is a prolific quilter for family and friends back home in Iowa. But at Victoria Palms RV Park in Donna, she’s also one of an original group of sewers who make hundreds of hats for cancer patients who have lost their hair.
