Cummins declares quarterly common stock dividend

(Feb. 13, 2013) -- On Tuesday, the Board of Directors of Cummins Inc. declared a quarterly common stock cash dividend of 50 cents per share, payable on March 1, 2013 to shareholders of record on Feb. 22, 2013.
