Eagle Watch 2013 takes off Feb. 23 in Oregon

(Feb. 12, 2013) -- The Oregon Parks and Recreation Department, Portland General Electric, The Confederated Tribes of Warm Springs, and The Crooked River National Grassland invite the public to attend the 18th annual Eagle Watch, a celebration of the cultural and ecological importance of the majestic birds of prey. The event will be held Feb. 23 and 24.
