Second owner in Marion, Wis. charged with sexual assault

(Feb. 11, 2013) -- The Shawano Leader reports a Marion, Wis., campground owner facing felony counts of fraud, theft and sexual assault in Marathon County was charged last week with sexual assault of a child in Waupaca County.
