Mich. island could become rustic campground

(Feb. 7, 2013) -- On Feb. 13, a public hearing will be held in Monroe Township on a request to open a rustic campground on what’s commonly known as Dog Lady Island, or Kausler’s Island in Plum Creek, reports the Monroe Evening News.
