Fla. city considers variance program for RV owners

(Jan. 28, 2013) -- An estimated 50 RV owners in Gulfport are not in compliance with current RV storage setbacks. But like others, residents Marilyn and Lloyd Goodwin say they have no choice but to park their 22-foot RV in their front yard, writes Patch.com.
