California city postpones fee collection to help RV park

(Jan. 28, 2013) -- In Half Moon Bay, Calif., leaders agreed to postpone collecting more than $150,000 in sewer fees to help launch a long-planned RV park and a hotel expansion, reports the Half Moon Bay Review.
