State parks are the next battlefield for tobacco bans in Oregon

(Jan. 16, 2013) -- The general recommendation by Oregon Parks and Recreation Department staffers is to permit smoking only in personal vehicles and RVs, said a state parks spokesman in the Statesman Journal. Rules are being written this year.
