Spots opening at Williston, N.D. RV parks

(Jan. 7, 2013) -- In North Dakota, Williston`s housing shortage is well-documented, and when the city implemented a citywide ban on RV`s and trailers, a lot of workers were worried where they would be able to park their homes on wheels, reports KMOT. RV parks report having more openings this winter.
