Father joins lawsuits over Albert Pike flood

(Jan. 3, 2013) -- Texarkana Gazette is reporting a federal lawsuit filed last week in Texarkana brings to 10 the number of cases concerning victims of the tragic 2010 flood at Albert Pike Recreation Area in the Ouachita National Forest.
