Plans nearly done for $3.5 million park in Colo.

(Dec. 20, 2012) -- A Carbondale, Colo. steering committee has unveiled the Gateway River Park site plan, an ambitious, estimated $3.5 million, 15-year project to enhance the entryway into Carbondale, reports the Glenwood Springs Post Independent.
