Pennsylvania appoints new manager at Tobyhanna complex

(Dec. 20, 2012) -- The Pennsylvania Department of Conservation and Natural Resources has named Jennifer Naugle manager of Tobyhanna State Park complex, an area encompassing three state parks and more than 9,500 acres of land in Monroe and Wayne counties.
