West Virginia state parks to offer First Day Hikes

(Dec. 19, 2012) -- Four areas in the West Virginia state park system - Kanawha State Forest, Blackwater Falls State Park, Cacapon Resort State Park, and Twin Falls State Park - will offer First Day Hikes on Jan. 1, 2013, the West Virginia Division of Natural Resources has announced.
